What if: a person speaking at a city council meeting tells his followers in the meeting room to stand or raise their hands if they agree with what he's saying, but the city council has a rule against that, or say with applause, raising signs, etc.

41:13
Didn't the guy with the gun at Kavanaugh's call the cops on himself and have the gun unloaded and in a locked case? Something doesn't add up on that one.

Thanks, Colleen! didn't want to overlook your question

01:07:58
Tess: got your question. David shares this Watts v. United States, decided by Supreme Court in late 1960s (if I recall the date correctly)

01:08:43
That was the Vietnam-era case David mentioned

01:14:10
Truth! I saw that too.

01:14:56

This is true not only at a land border port of entry (e.g., San Ysidro), but also for any international traveler, for example arriving at a U.S. airport from outside the country.

stingrays are out there

01:40:23
possibly Pegasus

01:41:04
I and another person spoke out, protested, the police and city government enforcing Covid restrictions against businesses and in public parks such as restricting children from using the equipment. Both of us were targeted by code enforcement for violations within two months of speaking at a council meeting. Others in both of our neighborhoods were ignored for the same violations. In our opinion as well as in fact, we believe this is retaliation against our First Amendment rights. What would you suggest as a remedy?

01:41:32
yes David

01:41:49
sdpd is very secretive

01:42:07
